The vent scrubbing system utilizes proprietary internal design to allow the removal of H2S in concentrations exceeding 20%. Vent Scrubbers can be used as a stand-alone unit for produced water tanks, as shown in Figure 1, or integrated into a tank separator package shown in Figure 2.
Ultrafab designs and fabricated equipment with integrated fresh and spent chemical storage facilities. This enables bulk purchase and delivery of chemicals and better disposal options. The overall economics are better for high chemical consumers and frequent change-out applications. See Figure 3.
